The Sanctuary has entered a new chapter. Once known as our serene spa-inspired space, it has now evolved into a blank canvas for creativity and transformation. With the bathtub and vanity removed, new floors installed, and only the iconic curved podium remaining, this studio now offers a clean, minimal setting ideal for editorial and conceptual work.
Currently home to our seasonal ‘Cranberry’ installation, the room brings a dramatic, bold, and sophisticated spirit to the holidays—marking the beginning of its next design era.Stay tuned for a complete redesign debuting early next year.
ROOM FEATURES
‘Cranberry’ is an immersive setup built around bold, saturated hues of deep red, burgundy, and crimson, paired with lush winter greenery and soft neutral accents.
The space is anchored by dramatic garlands, oversized ornaments, and rich velvet ribbons that spiral around the trees and sweep across archways. These layered, textural elements transform the room into an elegant and festive cocoon, perfect for portraits with warmth and presence. A crisp white bench and soft architectural curves offer a serene contrast to the rich cranberry palette, enhancing the setup’s modern yet timeless aesthetic. From velvet-draped wreaths to statement florals and festive decor, every detail is layered to create a look that feels classic yet strikingly modern.

Includes up to 10 people | 1 hour minimum booking for studio use | 2 hour minimum booking for kitchen appliance and water use.

Please contact us to book the studio if the number of guests exceeds the capacity or audio recording is needed.
Please note that we provide a portable water heater to heat tap water to get it to a comfortable temperature. Water rates outlined below.

We rent out Sanctuary as part of Unit 301 for events and any larger productions and productions requiring audio sensitivity to allow for a private uninterrupted experience.

We really appreciate your help in keeping our studios, furniture and rugs clean and tidy. Please take off your outdoor shoes when you enter the studio room, and switch to indoor shoes. There is a $100-300 cleaning fee for furniture stains.
One large North facing window
Sanctuary is located inside Unit 301.
Restrooms are conveniently situated in the hallway; please retrieve a key from the entrance.
Local coffee shop (Hale coffee) is located inside our building on the 1st floor at 300 Campbell.
Although we permit guests to bring food and beverages into the room, we kindly request that the space be restored to its original condition upon the conclusion of the booking. Additionally, we ask that no food or drinks be placed in proximity to furniture. There is a $100-300 cleaning fee for furniture stains.
